AGM Notice - Feb 5, 2012

At our AGM we will be presenting a Motion to “Adopt the PPOC Alberta Bylaws” as presented by Chris Stambaugh. In order to adopt them quorum requires that we have 42 voting members “PRESENT” at the AGM. To qualify as a voting member you must be an Active, Accredited, HLM or Retired member. If you are not planning on attending the Convention we ask that you consider at least attending the AGM so that we can meet quorum and vote on this important issue. We then invite you to attend our “Fun Night” that will follow at the Hudson’s Restaurant on Stony Plain Road and 116th Street and see fellow members in a less formal setting.
